Qualifications

• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
• Must read and understand English to follow recipes and communicate with team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and guest checks.
• Ensure proper storage and portion control of products.
• Maintain sanitation and safe food handling in all kitchen areas.
• Support daily requisitions for supplies and food items for production.
• Assist with buffet setup and display as required.
