Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn – Oklahoma City / Bricktown is seeking a skilled Cook to join its opening dishes team on a full-time basis. The role focuses on breakfast shifts and offers a starting salary range of $18.00-$19.00 per hour, with wage increases at 30, 60, and 90 days based on performance.

Join our hotel’s food and beverage team to deliver high-quality meals for guests while maintaining clean, organized, and safe kitchen standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a cook or in a kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to recipes and hotel standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with inventory and kitchen supplies, including receiving and storing deliveries.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.

What You’ll Do

• Previous experience in hospitality or food service is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate!
