Responsibilities include budgeting, pre-construction meetings, bids, schedules, site reviews, ensuring on-time delivery within budget, coordinating permits, and maintaining strong relationships

• Organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure timely completion.
• Define project scope and deliverables with executive management.
• Prepare RFP documents for bid solicitation from contractors and subcontractors.
• Audit and manage budgets and schedule timelines to meet requirements.
• Coordinate with owner, designer/architect, and field personnel to resolve issues.
