Job summary

Pleasant Holidays is seeking enthusiastic Concierge Sales Agents on Oahu to assist guests at hotel concierge desks with planning and booking memorable tours and activities. You’ll be the friendly face of Aloha, delivering exceptional service and personalized recommendations while working at premier hotel desks on the island.

We value 1–3 years in sales or customer service, a passion for travel, and knowledge of the Hawaiian Islands. English fluency is required; Japanese is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Background in tourism, hospitality, or travel (highly preferred).
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping others.
• Knowledge of the Hawaiian Islands (or eagerness to learn).
• Ability to personalize recommendations based on guest needs.
• Comfortable working independently, multitasking, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills; POS experience is a plus (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Assist guests at hotel concierge desks and help plan and book tours and activities.
• Provide personalized recommendations and concierge services for island and neighbor island experiences.
• Maintain excellent guest relations, ensuring memorable experiences and repeat visits.
• Collaborate with hotel staff and management to optimize guest satisfaction.
