Job summary

O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC is hiring a Hotel Complimentary Breakfast Attendant at Hampton Inn & Suites, Belgrade, MT. This role prepares and serves hot breakfast, maintains the buffet, and ensures a clean breakfast area while delivering outstanding guest service.

Responsibilities include inventory, stocking supplies, adhering to health and safety standards, reporting to shifts on time in uniform, and supporting various team initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication abilities required.

• Set up and disassemble the breakfast buffet, keeping it well-stocked during service.
• Maintain a clean and organized breakfast/lobby area.
• Provide superior guest service, fulfilling requests and anticipating needs.
• Clear tables and clean/sanitize work areas, including countertops, utensils, equipment, and floors.
• Conduct inventory of food items, stock supplies, and assist with product storage.
• Follow state, county, and company health and safety regulations.
• Report for scheduled shifts on time and in uniform.

Physical Requirements:

• Light Work: Exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently. Requires significant walking or standing.
• May occasionally lift in excess of 40 pounds.

Physical Activity:

• Activities include climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, and repetitive motion.

Environmental Conditions:

• Primarily inside with protection from weather but not necessarily temperature changes.
