O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC, Belgrade, MT, is hiring a Hotel Complimentary Breakfast Attendant to prepare and serve hot breakfast, set up the buffet, and keep the breakfast/lobby area clean and welcoming.

The role emphasizes guest service, safety, and teamwork, with shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with restaurant or customer service experience valuable.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves hot breakfast for guests, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Set up and disassemble the breakfast buffet, keeping it well-stocked during service.
• Maintain a clean and organized breakfast/lobby area.
• Provide superior guest service, fulfilling requests and anticipating needs.
• Clear tables and clean/sanitize work areas, including countertops, utensils, equipment, and floors.
• Conduct inventory of food items, stock supplies, and assist with product storage.
• Follow state, county, and company health and safety regulations.
• Report for scheduled shifts on time and in uniform.
• Embrace OHM culture and guest service standards.
• Perform additional duties as required or requested.

Physical Requirements:

• Light Work: Exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently. Requires significant walking or standing.
• May occasionally lift in excess of 40 pounds.

Physical Activity:
