Hilton Santa Clara is seeking a friendly Coffee Bar Attendant / Barista to join our Food & Beverage team. You’ll prepare coffee, beverages, smoothies, and food items, while delivering warm, attentive service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, organization, and consistent guest satisfaction. Qualifications include 1 year of barista or beverage service experience and a CA Food Handler certification; compensation is $28.41/hour with overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• Cash handling, credit card transactions, POS
• 1 year: Barista or beverage service experience
• CA Food Handler license or certification
• Strong guest service & communication skills

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service.
• Take and process food & beverage orders accurately.
• Prepare coffee, beverages, smoothies, oatmeal, and foods per standards.
• Maintain clean, stocked coffee bar and equipment.
• Assist servers with coffee orders for tables.
• Process guest payments accurately.
• Complete opening/closing/side-work duties.
• Ensure sanitary coffee bar throughout shift.
• Report equipment issues and safety concerns promptly.
• Follow all hotel, department, safety, and operating procedures.
