Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group LLC is seeking a customer service-oriented hospitality professional in Santa Clara, CA to manage guest orders, assist with menu questions, and operate the POS system while ensuring food quality and presentation. A professional appearance and cooperative team attitude are essential.

Ideal candidates will be flexible for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays, with Safe Food Handling and Smart Serve certificates and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Safe food handling and Smart Serve certificates required.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Must be willing to "pitch-in" and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player.
• Ability to effectively deal with guest and employee concerns in a friendly and positive manner.
• Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system.
• General knowledge of food and food preparation techniques.
• Ability to work AM and PM shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take and serve guest orders promptly and according to service manual.
• Do all necessary set-up side work as assigned.
• Answer any guest questions about the menu.
• Operate the electronic cash register/P.O.S. system (where applicable).
• Check food before serving it to guest to ascertain that appearance, temperature and portions are correct.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned
