Courtyard Chandler Fashion Center is managed by NCG Hospitality. We are hiring a Dual Hotel Chief Engineer to lead property maintenance, oversee in-house projects, and supervise outside contractors at the Courtyard Chandler Fashion Center in Chandler, AZ.

The role focuses on preventive maintenance, repairs across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and managing facility operations to uphold brand standards and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hotel, building, apartment, or similar maintenance environment.
• High problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to implement and manage projects from inception to completion.
• Supervisory experience.
• Experience in preventive maintenance and general repairs of mechanical, electrical, plumbing equipment and building components.
• Experience operating and maintaining a commercial pool, when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance programs for equipment, guest rooms, and property infrastructure.
• Conduct repairs on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and related systems.
• Serve as project manager for in-house projects: proposals, schedules, budgets, and quality control.
• Secure and supervise outside contractors for complex equipment and building repairs.
