Job summary

Kana Hotel Group is seeking a Building Engineer to supervise the property's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in our Matteson, IL location. You will oversee preventive maintenance, manage energy use, and coordinate with vendors and management to ensure reliable facility operation.

The role requires hands-on expertise with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, plus strong record-keeping for compliance and safety.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Supervise, develop and maintain ongoing maintenance operation for hotel facilities.

Coordinate with management to align activities across departments.
Maintain an effective maintenance program with up-to-date records for HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
Provide training and development for maintenance staff and ensure safety compliance.
