Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational or technical training preferred.
• 3+ years in a maintenance supervisory role in hospitality or similar.
• Proficient with hand and power tools; able to manage complex mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building, equipment and grounds upkeep per policies.
