Job summary

Qualifications

Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing hotel machinery and building systems.
Experience with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing upkeep.
Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and life safety systems.
Ability to document work and maintain logs.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, and structures, including electrical systems and plumbing.
Conduct HVAC maintenance and repairs.
Maintain Life Safety Systems and ensure OSHA compliance.
Maintain hotel aesthetics (painting, furniture upkeep).
Run a Preventative Maintenance Program with quarterly inspections and documentation.
Inspect and troubleshoot machinery by listening for abnormal sounds.
Respond to maintenance requests from housekeeping and guests.
Check emergency lighting and smoke detectors daily.
Keep a daily maintenance log with complete records.
