Qualifications
- Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing hotel machinery and building systems.
- Experience with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing upkeep.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and life safety systems.
- Ability to document work and maintain logs.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, and structures, including electrical systems and plumbing.
- Conduct HVAC maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain Life Safety Systems and ensure OSHA compliance.
- Maintain hotel aesthetics (painting, furniture upkeep).
- Run a Preventative Maintenance Program with quarterly inspections and documentation.
- Inspect and troubleshoot machinery by listening for abnormal sounds.
- Respond to maintenance requests from housekeeping and guests.
- Check emergency lighting and smoke detectors daily.
- Keep a daily maintenance log with complete records.
