Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Budgeting and cost control expertise.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee preventive maintenance programs for all hotel systems.
• Lead and mentor maintenance staff; recruit and supervise.
• Manage department budget and control maintenance costs.
• Ensure safety codes, regulations, and standards are met.
• Coordinate renovations and projects with architects/contractors.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and warranties.
• Address guest-reported maintenance issues promptly to enhance experience.
