Qualifications

• Minimum of a 2-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Hotel Engineering experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all systems.
• Ensure compliance with life safety programs and regulations.
