• 3-5 years working in a Hotel as a Building Engineer or Chief Building Engineer.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and managing capital budgets.
• Develop and implement plans to achieve company goals.
• Review work performance of subordinates.
• Manage scheduled PM's through the CMMS.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings about facility operations.
