Job summary

Complete Building Services (CBS) in Arlington, VA is seeking a Hotel Chief Engineer to support us in Arlington, VA. Salary range $33-$37 per hour. In this role you are eligible to make overtime. As a CBS Chief Engineer, you must be able to do the following:

Develop and manage budgets for facilities and capital projects,.read and understand contract requirements, and foster a professional work environment while ensuring safety and code compliance.

Qualifications

• CFC Universal license (410A).
• 2-4 years working in a Hotel as a Building Engineer or Chief Building Engineer.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience operating and maintaining mechanical engineering.
• Must have construction management experience.
• Experience opening a new hotel.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills.
• Must be available to be on call 24/7.
• Able to lift up to sixty (30) pounds.
• Capable of ascending ladders up to a height of thirty (20) feet.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage budgets for facilities and capital projects.
• Develop schedules to meet company and department goals.
• Maintain CMMS work orders and PM schedules.
• Assist with environmental compliance.
• Coordinate shift schedules including holiday, vacation, sick and emergency coverages.
