Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as an Assistant Chief or Chief Engineer in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, life safety systems, and energy management.
• Proficient at reading architectural/blue-line drawings for project execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily engineering operations and staffing to ensure efficient hotel performance.
• Lead preventative maintenance programs and inspect for quality and safety.
• Collaborate with department heads to resolve maintenance-related guest concerns promptly.
