Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Manager for Hotel Champlain Burlington, Curio Collection by Hilton in Burlington, Vermont.

Lead the front desk team, ensure smooth check-ins, maximize occupancy and revenue through smart rate strategies, and deliver warm guest experiences. The position offers full-time hours, competitive compensation of $70,000 to $75,000 per year, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2 year college degree with 3 or more years of related experience, or a 4‑year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field with supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Windows operating systems, spreadsheets, and word processing.
• Effective in handling stressful, high‑pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity.
• Valid driver's license from the applicable state.
