Job summary

Delta Hotels by Marriott Helena is seeking friendly breakfast servers for full and part-time positions. You’ll provide hospitable food and beverage service to guests and staff, take orders, and coordinate with hotel departments to ensure a smooth morning service.

You will greet guests, input orders into the POS, deliver meals, and assist with room service and dining area setup. The role requires teamwork, attentiveness, and a positive hospitality mindset.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food and beverage preparation.
• Ability to use a knife to cut breads and handling serving items.
• Ability to stand for long periods and transport trays.

Responsibilities

• Check and stock stations before, during and after shift.
• Greet guests and present menus and promotions.
• Record order details and input into POS.
• Deliver orders to guests and confirm accuracy.
• Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction.
• Ensure sanitation and safety standards at workstations.
• Perform general cleaning and table resets.
• Take and deliver of room service orders and handle special guest requests.
