Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain dining area and supplies in a guest-ready atmosphere.
• Close out shift by cleaning and restocking supplies for next day.
• Maintain safety and security practices, know emergency procedures.
• Ensure guests receive high quality products and service.
• Maintain certification from brand-approved vendor training where applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned when staffing requires.
