Qualifications

• Must have Food Handlers Certification (state requirements)
• Ability to convey information clearly
• Ability to evaluate and select among alternatives quickly and accurately
• Work well in stressful high-pressure situations
• Maintain composure and objectivity under pressure

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items per standardized recipes for the Garden Grille and Banquets
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas
• Prepare cold foods, shellfish, slicing meat and brewing coffee or tea
• Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly service-oriented manner
• Maintain regular attendance per Aimbridge Hospitality standards
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming per brand standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all storage areas
• Prepare and display buffet items according to standards
• Prepare food for Banquets as required and follow Banquet Event Orders
• Work banquet food station as scheduled by Food Production Manager
