Home2 Suites by Hilton St. Charles St. Louis is opening soon and seeks two breakfast associates for full- and part-time roles. This is an early shift position with starts at 5am on weekdays and 6am on weekends, in a hotel setting.

You will greet guests, set up and monitor breakfast areas, and ensure cleanliness and safety while delivering friendly service; hotel experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Restaurant experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Set up, maintain, and monitor the breakfast area, back and front of house.
• Clean and sanitize all breakfast room surfaces and guest areas.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Respond to guest concerns professionally and help resolve issues.
• Maintain knowledge of the rotating breakfast menu.
• Follow all health, safety, and food-handling standards.
• Deliver consistent, excellent guest service.
