Job summary

Hampton Inn – St. Louis Downtown at the Arch is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to start guests’ day with a warm, well-presented breakfast experience. This part-time role offers a starting salary range and opportunities for wage increases based on tenure and performance.

You will prepare and serve breakfast, keep the area clean and stocked, and deliver excellent guest service while coordinating with kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and desire to provide exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfast for guests, ensuring an appealing presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the breakfast area, ensuring everything is well-stocked and presentable.
• Provide exceptional customer service, interacting kindly with guests and addressing their needs.
• Help manage inventory of food and beverages, reporting any restocking needs.
• Collaborate with kitchen and cleaning staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive environment.
