Courtyard by Marriott - Covington, KY is seeking a Bistro Attendant to create a welcoming dining experience for hotel guests, keeping the Bistro clean, stocked, and well-organized while supporting daily food and beverage operations.

You will greet guests, prepare items, monitor quality, follow safety procedures, and work with Front Desk and Housekeeping to ensure a smooth service during mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This fast-paced hotel setting values guest focus and teamwork.

Competenze

• Previous customer service, food service, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Mansioni

• Welcome guests to the Bistro with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
• Prepare, replenish, and present food and beverage items according to standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized Bistro area throughout the shift.
• Monitor food levels and restock items as needed.
• Prepare coffee, beverages, and other Bistro offerings according to procedures.
• Assist guests with questions regarding menu items and options.
• Follow food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Operate Bistro equipment safely and properly.
• Assist with opening and closing Bistro procedures.
• Work cooperatively with Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other hotel departments.
