Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders, using upselling techniques.
• Maintain guest relations and confidentiality; resolve complaints.
• Know menu items, hours, promotions, and group activities.
• Prepare drinks per recipes; assist bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Handle payments and maintain cash bank per SOP.
• Follow OSHA regulations and maintain sanitation.
• Assist with inventories and opening/closing duties.
• Adhere to department and brand policies.
