White Lodging in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an experienced bartender to join our hotel bar team. You will craft cocktails, deliver guest experiences, and thrive in a fast-paced upscale environment.

We value hospitality, attention to detail, and a team-driven attitude. Prior bartending experience is preferred; training available for the right candidate. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts required; growth opportunities across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail from presentation to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality bar service to guests with friendly conversation and recommendations.
• Keep bar station clean and organized, complete daily side work per health standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cocktails, beers, wines, ingredients, prep methods, garnishes, and provide answers.
• Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and presentation to meet guest expectations.
• Process payments (cash, card, digital) and complete end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a safe, positive work environment.
• Card guests and monitor responsible alcohol service; comply with liquor laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
