Hilton Garden Inn Richmond Airport is seeking skilled bartenders to craft cocktails, beer, and wine for hotel guests. Earn tips on top of hourly pay in a friendly, fast-paced setting.

We offer full-time or part-time positions with flexible schedules and opportunities to grow within Shamin Hotels. You’ll welcome travelers, suggest pairings, manage bar operations, and assist with opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine and standard bar practices.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to upsell drinks and menu items.
• Comfort with handling payments and giving change.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel bar environment.
• Responsible alcohol service and ID checks.
• Team collaboration with restaurant and kitchen staff.
• Flexibility for full-time or part-time shifts.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages with accuracy and care.
• Welcome guests, spark friendly conversation, and provide attentive service.
• Recommend drinks, menu favorites, and daily specials.
• Take food orders and serve meals to guests at the bar.
• Keep the bar stocked, organized, clean, and ready for service.
• Process payments accurately and complete opening and closing duties.
• Check identification and follow responsible alcohol service practices.
• Team up with restaurant and kitchen associates to keep service running smoothly
