Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bars and restaurants, per service standards.
• Anticipate Guests’ needs and make recommendations from preferences.
• Take Guests’ food and beverage orders using suggestive selling.
• Open/close duties, check bar stock and supplies.
• Record orders in POS and handle payments per procedures.
• Follow safety and liquor regulations and SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar and service areas.
• Assist bar back to ensure optimum service.
