Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking a bartender to deliver friendly, high‑quality service to guests. You will craft cocktails, pour drafts, and provide menu knowledge to enhance the guest experience.

You’ll engage guests with attentive service, balance speed and quality during busy shifts, and participate in hotel promotions. The role requires a High School diploma, bartending experience, and a valid Food Handler’s Permit.

Qualifications

• High School diploma (or equivalent) and prior bartending experience.
• Current Food Handler's Permit.
• Ability to think on your feet and work calmly under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of drinks, menus and promotions.
• Create and serve creative, tasty cocktails.
• Know when to engage with guests and when to be unobtrusive.
• Serve snacks or food items to guests seated at the bar.
