Hyatt Regency Phoenix seeks a skilled bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service to hotel guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. The role focuses on crafting cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining a clean bar, and ensuring compliance with liquor laws and company policies.

You will take orders, handle transactions, and expand knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits while providing attentive guest service.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred, preferably in hotel or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer and beverage preparation techniques.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to guests.
• Take beverage and food orders and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, cocktails, wine, beer and spirits.
• Check guest identification and comply with alcohol service laws.
• Keep bar area clean, stocked, and organized during shift.
• Monitor guest consumption and address service concerns professionally.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including inventory and cash handling.
• Maintain sanitation, safety and hygiene standards.
