Responsibilities

• Greet guests and describe food and beverage options.
• Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar area.
• Stock beer, wine, spirits, and bar-related supplies; manage garnishes and perishables.
• Mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard recipes and portion control.
• Attend monthly departmental meetings.
• Input orders into POS and ensure accurate payment.
• Receive and verify charges, balance cash and vouchers.
• Lock up and secure beverages and equipment at end of shift.
• Sanitize and clean the bar area, perform side work and inventory prep.
• Know current food and beverage offerings and promote drinks.
