Hyatt Regency Phoenix seeks a skilled bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service to hotel guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. You will take orders, handle transactions, and expand knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits while providing attentive guest service.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred, preferably in hotel or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer and beverage preparation techniques.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with opening and closing duties, including inventory and cash handling.

Position Summary

The Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to hotel and restaurant guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. This position prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintains a clean and organized bar area, and creates a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring compliance with all liquor laws and company policies.

• Keep the bar area clean, stocked, organized, and fully supplied throughout the shift.
• Monitor guest consumption and address service concerns professionally.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including inventory, cash handling, and bar setup.
• Maintain proper sanitation, safety, and hygiene standards.
