Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center is seeking a dynamic hourly tipped Bartender to serve beverages and food, balance cash, and maintain a spotless, efficient bar station. You will assist with room service orders and provide guest-focused service in a fast-paced hotel lounge environment.

The role emphasizes knowledge of liquor regulations, food/beverage prep, and accurate cash handling while maintaining safety and excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of liquor regulations for serving to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Hold a current Food Handler Card.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests, promotes and documents drink orders; mixes, garnishes and serves drinks.
• Maintains daily bar setup and stocks beer, wine, spirits, and condiments.
• Maintains stock and garnishes; ensures product quality of perishables.
• Handles cash, makes change, verifies charges, and balances money.
