Qualifications

• Completion of two years of college preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications per Company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the hotel Kitchen+Bar per policy.
• Maintain food prep and bar area clean and organized.
• Serve guests and answer questions about hotel and events.
• Perform bartender, prep cook, and cocktail server duties as needed.
• Handle money, make change and operate cash register.
