Job summary

Hilton Marco Island Resort and Spa seeks a Gulf Cart Server to deliver food and beverage service on the beach and pool areas with a friendly, timely approach. You will greet guests, take and relay drink orders, input orders into the POS, and balance payments at the end of your shift.

Prepare and maintain Gulf Cart and service stations, upsell specials, and ensure guest satisfaction in a dynamic resort environment on Marco Island.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly guest service in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to memorize drink menus and specials for upselling.
• Accurate cash handling and payment processing.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests on the beach, in a friendly and timely manner to ensure satisfaction.
• Greet guests via Gulf Cart and explain specials and promotions.
• Take orders, input into POS, and ensure accuracy of guest checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and setup of service stations before, during, and after shifts.
• Present checks, process payments, and balance monies at shift end.
• Maintain Gulf Cart and prep for daily use and next day readiness.
