Qualifications

• Education: High school education or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Three to Six months in a food/beverage services environment or establishment.
• Skills: Able to mix cocktails/drinks correctly.
• Skills: Able to multitask and handle all the equipment in a busy bar.

Responsibilities

• Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines and safety policies.
• Maintain cordial, efficient, and professional guest contact; ensure guest satisfaction.
• Check IDs to verify drinking age; ring guest checks and handle payments per policy.
• Maintain pars, complete liquor requisitions, and adhere to state liquor laws and Tips certification.
