Job summary

A&R Hospitality is seeking an experienced Hotel Assistant General Manager for the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Foley, AL. The AGM will be the General Manager's right hand, overseeing Front Desk, Housekeeping, Reservations, Guest Services, Security, and Maintenance to drive occupancy and guest satisfaction.

You will coach and develop hotel staff, uphold Marriott brand standards, and lead daily operations with a focus on profitability and guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of hotel supervisory or hotel management experience
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred
• Marriott brand experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily hotel operations across Front Desk, Housekeeping, Reservations, Guest Services, Security, and Maintenance
• Ensure SOPs are followed and intervene to correct deviations
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) as scheduled
• Lead staff scheduling and labor cost management
• Drive ADR and occupancy growth while maintaining guest service excellence
