Job summary

Texas Hotel Management is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager in Dallas to lead all hotel departments, drive profitability, and ensure top-tier guest service. You will manage staffing, budgets, and compliance while partnering with Hilton standards to meet revenue and satisfaction targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5–7 years in hotel management with senior leadership exposure, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive hotel management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
• Hilton experience required.
• PEP experience required.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue, occupancy, and guest satisfaction targets.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, P&L analysis, and forecasting.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B.
• Familiarity with PMS such as Opera, Maestro, or similar.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Monitor hotel operations and implement continuous improvements in service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including health, safety, and labor laws.
• Represent the hotel in the community and with external stakeholders including corporate offices, vendors, and partners.
• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies in collaboration with the sales and marketing team.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the property.
