McKibbon is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in overseeing hotel operations and driving guest satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, brand adherence, and collaboration with corporate teams to meet business goals.

The position emphasizes training, staffing, and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on professional, ethical leadership and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hotel teams and delivering exceptional guest service.
• Ability to implement brand procedures related to cost control and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with overall property operations including guest satisfaction, brand quality assurance, budget, labor, and associate satisfaction.
• Train associates to uphold brand and company standards.
• Supervise staff to deliver high service levels and retention.
• Ensure compliance with brand initiatives and safety standards.
• Collaborate with HR, Accounting, Revenue Management, and Sales to hit goals.
• Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding new employees.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Create staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing.
