Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or extensive hotel experience required.
• 1–2 years hotel experience preferred.
• Strong financial knowledge and ability to read financial data.
• Basic math and numerical skills required.
• Reading, writing and computer skills necessary.
• Familiarity with brand systems desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing hotel operations to maintain revenue, cost and quality standards.
• Supervise assigned departments to meet projected revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
• Participate in short- and long-term financial and operational planning for the hotel.
• Monitor budgets and financial statements; stay current on business trends and local activities.
• Address guest complaints professionally and improve guest satisfaction.
• Mentor and direct hotel staff; promote cross-selling of hotel services.
• Maintain visibility and strong leadership within the hotel and community.

Oversees overall day-to-day hotel operations as delegated by the General Manager.Responsibilities:•Generates through proper supervision of assigned departments projected revenue levels as well as guest satisfaction.• Participates in the development of short term and long term financial and operational plans for the hotel.• Remains current on business trends and local activities.• Meets assigned departmental budgets and monitors financial statements.• Establishes and maintains an appropriate level of community involvement.• Ensures proper handling of guest complaints.• Assists in the development of new programs which results in an increased level of guest satisfaction and operationalexcellence.• Knows and complies with all company policies and procedures pertaining to this position and its duties.• Ensures cross-selling of other Shamin Hotels by hotel staff.• Teaching, mentoring, and directing hotel staff.• Being comfortable with the high level of visibility and the leadership role within the hotel and community.About Us:In a story of entrepreneurial spirit and partnership, P.C.
