Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform daily bank reconciliations and ensure accurate recording of deposits and transactions.
• Manage Accounts Payable: verify invoices, code expenses, obtain approvals, and prepare payments.
• Manage Accounts Receivable: post payments, monitor balances, and pursue timely collections.
• Support the Director of Finance with month-end closing and special projects.
• Maintain organized financial records and digital filing systems.
• Assist in balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries.
• Support inventory audits, revenue verification, and expense tracking.
• Communicate professionally with vendors and department heads regarding invoices and payments.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Contribute to financial audits and provide documentation as needed.
• Provide occasional administrative support to the Finance Office and budgeting/forecast tasks.
