Job summary

Crescent Hotels seeks an experienced hotel accounting professional to manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and general cashiering functions at our Plano, TX property. You will ensure timely, accurate processing in line with established accounting policies and procedures.

The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and ability to work with guests and staff in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Safety and compliance are emphasized throughout daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Post city ledger payments and reconcile in the property management system.
• Verify and pay invoices in a timely, accurate manner.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
• Perform general cashiering duties and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in overall compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Support the Controller with month-end close and reporting.
