Responsibilities

• Sort and verify Night Audit work, primarily receivables, including reconciliation.
• Post city ledger payments in the property management system and bill customers.
• Reconcile credit card backups and maintain logs for accuracy.
• Set up new accounts and assist in reconciling open items.
• Verify cash drops, provide change, and complete bank audits.
• Process and follow up on vendor invoices and inquiries.
