Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking an energetic Hotel Accounting Manager to join our team in the United States. This role leads accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and strong internal controls across hotel properties.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Accounting and 2+ years of corporate accounting management experience, preferably in hospitality, with a focus on GAAP/USALI, payroll, AP, and cost accounting. An Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 2 years of corporate accounting management experience; hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard assets and ensure accurate, timely recording of transactions across departments.
• Lead day-to-day accounts payable, cash disbursements, invoicing, payroll, inventory, fixed assets and cost accounting.
• Develop and issue timely monthly financial records for executives and Corporate Office.
• Ensure financial plans align with organizational goals and provide analytics for ventures and capex.
