This on-site leadership role requires strong GAAP and USALI knowledge, plus experience directing accounts payable, payroll, and general accounting activities to deliver timely financials.

Responsibilities include monthly close, financial analysis, and collaboration with executives and corporate offices.

Qualifications

• GAAP knowledge and USALI familiarity for hotel accounting.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage teams.
• Experience with month-end close, audits, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable, cash disbursements, invoicing and collections.
• Lead day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accuracy of records.
• Prepare monthly financial statements for executive management and Corporate Office.
• Ensure financial plans align with organizational goals.
• Provide financial analysis for ventures, capex, and product costing.
• Manage banking relationships and external audits.
