Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Sr. Staff Accountant experience or 5 years financial management experience
• BA or BS degree in accounting or finance required
• Experience in hotel operations and US GAAP preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting functions with the corporate accounting team
• Lead month-end close processes and ensure accuracy of ledgers
• Manage senior and staff accountants and provide mentorship
• Assist in external audit requests and SOX compliance
• Prepare monthly financial packages and owner reporting
• Develop and improve forecasting, budgeting and reporting tools
