Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee payroll, invoicing, and hotel-financial processes in a dynamic New York setting. You’ll ensure accuracy across cash handling, billing, and audits while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

You will supervise teams, train staff, and coordinate with Guest Services and Night Audit to keep accounting on track. Strong problem-solving and communications skills are essential for success in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 3 years' related experience, Bachelor's with 1 year, or 5 years' progressive hotel/related field experience.
• Strong proficiency with Windows systems, spreadsheets, typing, and basic PC troubleshooting.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Ability to communicate clearly, solve problems efficiently, and handle high-pressure situations.
• Skilled at understanding complex information, addressing concerns, and working with financial data and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Polished presence: greet professionally while maintaining confidentiality.
• Maintain harmony across departments, payroll to hotel systems.
• Manage daily cash, billing, collections, and audits.
• Oversee payroll and employee records; track hires, benefits, and attendance.
• Lead Night Audit training and support MOD duties.
