Four Points by Sheraton Chicago Westchester/Oak Brook is seeking an Accounting Manager to assist the Controller in maintaining internal controls across hotel operations and to ensure timely reporting by accounting staff. You will participate in monthly forecasting, review financial statements, and coordinate month-end closes and tax packages.

The role requires strong knowledge of GAAP, balance sheets, and bank reconciliations, with excellent communication skills and proficiency in Excel and MS

• Strong knowledge of internal controls and financial reporting required.
• Ability to thoroughly understand and analyze financial statements.
• Knowledge of balance sheet and bank reconciliations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Assist and support the Controller and Assistant Controller in maintaining internal controls over hotel operations.
• Prepare and coordinate monthly forecasts and quarterly reforecasts for owners.
• Review monthly financial statements and GL classifications with managers.
• Prepare all month-end reports and tax reporting packages.
• Support audit recommendations and treasury reporting.
