Collegiate Hotel Group is seeking a Room Attendant to join Hotel 1928 on-site, supporting a team of hospitality enthusiasts with cleaning and guest service duties.

The role requires attention to cleanliness, adherence to safety standards, and teamwork to ensure rooms and public areas meet brand standards. Prior housekeeping experience is beneficial for success in this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented hospitality mindset.

Responsabilités

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and public areas to standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels.
• Follow safety and security procedures as required.
• Know hotel services and operating hours.
• Stock rooms with amenities and supplies.
• Identify guest left items and report per lost and found procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensurethatroomsandpublicareasarecleanedandsanitizedto company-mandatedstandards
• Ensures that rooms have clean linen, bedding andtowels
• Understands and follows all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation,andhotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants)
• Ensures that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues,drinking glasses,etc.
• Identify itemsthatguestshaveleftbehindandreportitemsutilizing hotel’s lost and found procedures
• Other duties asassigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
