JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages the front of house operations for the Restaurant/Hotel
• Provides training, direction, supervision, and hands onsupportfor direct associatesandsupervisorstoaccomplishgoalsandobjectivesofthefoodand beverageoperation

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
